Wednesday 6p Yin+Restorative Yoga At Tachara in The Heights

from $30.00

Hosted in the beautiful Tachara in The Heights, these small group classes are intimate and a perfect way to disconnect from the trappings of your day and connect to self, others and nature.

This slow-paced, nourishing practice invites students to slow down and enter into deep contemplation. Poses are held for several minutes to foster presence and stillness. The Yin practice is paired with Restorative where the abundant use of props create supported, restorative postures, allowing for full integration through deep rest. Students are encouraged to turn inward, cultivating ease and stillness in both body and mind as they move through each pose.

Plan for a 90m visit. We begin with a group intention setting and dialogue, followed by a 60-75m class and time afterward for tea and connection.

Classes are limited to 10 people.
Bring your own props if you’d like to have them. I have enough for about 8-10 people
